Some recent accomplishments of Earth Share members include:

• Oregon Water Trust protected nearly 40,000 acre-feet, almost 12.7 billion gallons, of flowing water for for fish and communities in 2007.  This is equivalent to the residential water demand of the entire city of Portland.
• Oregon Wild staved off logging on 100,000 acres of old forests on public lands across Oregon, protecting proposed Wilderness in Eagle Cap and drinking water supplies in Ashland.
• Oregon Center for Environmental Health's Health Care Without Harm program has prevented pollution in more than 25 Oregon hospitals by virtually eliminating mercury in the hospital setting, developing recycling programs for urban and rural Oregon hospitals, and replacing chlorinated plastic medical devices with safer alternatives.
